Question by Kristy Lynn: Per my charts I ovulated on Friday, had sex last night. Did we wait to long to have sex?

Also, is it typical to get cramps after you ovulate? I'm getting dull cramps today, I don't usually get cramping when I ovulate (or after).

(I know I can't have symptoms right now, I meant cramping as cramping with ovulation, not pregnancy)
Maybe I did get my dates wrong, can you cramp after ovulation?

If you ovulated Friday, Sunday was far too late for THAT act to be successful. The egg was dead by late Saturday. If you had sex any time last week, any waiting sperm might have fertilized the egg.

(Cramping the day after sex doesn't mean you are pregnant. There are NO symptoms of pregnancy in the first 1-2 weeks after conception.)
